All physical activity will burn fuel in the muscles and reduce belly fat. Sometimes that fuel is converted fat, which will result in fat and weight loss, if not replaced in our nutrition plans.
Don’t stop taking walks outdoors, but take them when it is cooler – early morning or late evening when it is still light out. Avoid being in direct sunlight as much as possible. Pick walking destinations where there is shade and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
